Kaylin AI uses advanced AI to draft posts, suggest on-brand trends, and personalize content based on your business details. You can review requests and revisions at any time so your content stays aligned with your voice and goals.
Your content is created with a mix of AI generation and human input. AI handles the first draft, and our team helps guide strategy, apply your feedback, and make revisions when needed.
Our plans start at just $99 for full social media management which includes the personalized strategy for your brand, the creation of posts, and managing and scheduling posts on all of your social media platforms. If you'd like more posts throughout the month, we have higher tiers yet still affordable tiers to accommodate that.
Nope! Unlike other services or agencies, we believe that you should have flexibility with your social media marketing. All of our plans are on a monthly subscription basis.
Because Kaylin AI is a subscription-based digital marketing service that provides immediate access to tools, content, and resources, we generally do not offer refunds once you sign up. Instead, we provide up to two free revisions per post to adjust the content until it fits your brand perfectly.
When you sign up, you'll be able to verify and provide any information or focus that you would like for your posts before we create them. We've worked with over 1000 businesses and use our AI to make sure all details and posts are personalized for your brand - which is something we can do that other social media services cannot do.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. All plans are month-to-month with no penalties, and your service continues until the end of the current billing period.
Yes. When a referral signs up, both accounts can receive credits or discounted service. Check your dashboard for the latest referral promotions.

PLATFORM
Once onboarded, log in at kaylinai.com/login. If you haven't signed up, start at kaylinai.com/onboarding.
Within your dashboard, click “Connect Accounts” to link your profiles securely. We never ask for passwords—everything is done via official platform integrations.
Changes like password updates or new admins can cause Facebook or Instagram to revoke permissions and disconnect from Kaylin AI. Reconnect your accounts from the Connect Accounts portal and accept all permissions again. For more tips, see this Metricool guide.
Yup! You own the account so of course! We just gain permissions to make posts for you as well.
Once you signup, you can navigate to your media assets library on the left hand side and upload any assets and B-roll that you'd like us to use there!
After you complete onboarding and connect your accounts, we'll take it from there! We'll manage the strategy, create the posts, and do all the scheduling for you - so you can start growing without having to do any work yourself. Just review and approve the posts we create for you.
Your social presence score is a combination of the data we've compiled of your brand online. It's an internal algorithm we created to determine the value of your brand on the internet, and the online presence it gives. This helps determine how well you do online, how people search for your brand, and how Kaylin AI can help you grow your business online.
The score is rated out of 5. The tags are used to also determine the strength of your account and presence. If we find more people are easily able to find your brand, your posting is consistent, and your brand is expanding its reach, the score goes up. Using Kaylin AI consistently can help with that.
Go to the Billing/Plan section or click "Add More Posts" on your calendar. After payment, your post limits increase immediately.
If you need new social profiles, request the Account Creation Service from the Connect Accounts tab. We'll create the accounts for you and send credentials within 1–2 business days.
POSTS
It takes 1-2 minutes to create your content. You can review drafts in your calendar and request revisions to match your preferred style and messaging.
Open your Calendar and select the post you want to change. Click "Request Revision," describe the edits, and submit. Our team will update it within 1–2 business days. You can request up to two free revisions per post.
Once you're happy with the content you receive, we'll schedule and post it on your socials automatically. You can also download it and start using it immediately for your other advertising and marketing needs.
If you need more posts, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Go to your dashboard and click your current plan or use the "Add More Posts" button on the calendar to purchase additional content.
Use the Update Content Plan tab to submit new guidelines or talk to your account manager. Updates apply to future posts, while existing drafts can be revised individually.
Click the post in your Calendar, then select the scheduled date to pick a new date or time. This lets you fine-tune the posting schedule if needed.
Items marked as Pending Renewal are queued for your next month. You can adjust this content anytime before we start, but we won't create it unless your plan successfully renews and charges for the upcoming billing cycle.

Yes. If you enable the Stories add-on, we'll produce story-formatted content and can schedule it once approved.
Definitely. You'll have a chance to review and approve each post before it goes live.
Optional add-ons include Boosted Posts (engagement booster), Story Posts, Automatic Comment Replies, Competitor Analysis Reports, and Email Marketing tools.

Yes! Our posts are optimized for advertising on Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
We don't manage ad budgets, but our posts are ideal for ad creatives. Start with a $50/day budget for testing.
Yes! Our posts can be used for Google Ads, including YouTube ads.
We track engagement metrics so you can see how your content performs across platforms.
