This session series helps young Latino men discover what leadership truly means — not just in titles, but in everyday choices, habits, and mindsets. Through guided support from bilingual Latinx clinicians and mentors, participants learn how to communicate clearly, make thoughtful decisions, and lead with empathy and confidence. Each week builds new strengths through connection, activities, and real-life guidance. With free meals, wellness kits, and a completion reward, students are fully supported as they step into leadership roles within their families, schools, and communities.
