Join us for this high-energy aerobic workout designed to build stamina and endurance with fun choreography and muscle memory techniques. Classes are suitable for all levels and held at ME Sabor Dance Studio. Also, remember the full weekly schedule with classes on Monday (4-5pm), Wednesday (5-6pm), Friday (5:30-6:30pm highlighted!), and Saturday (9-10am).
